5 volunteers showed up for the first scheduled cleanup of the Chapter's newly adopted section of Cub Run. Although the sun was shining, an inch and a half of rain the previous day along with the associated flooding ensured that conditions along the banks of the stream would be soggy.
We removed eleven1 bags of trash, one car tire and an orange traffic control drum from the banks of the stream.
Total weight collected, 171 pounds.
Our next scheduled cleanup will be Sunday July 5th.
